Welcome to the Clark eNews

I would like to welcome you to the Clark eNews. Let me share with you a little about this electronic newsletter. Clark eNews was formed to help non-profits (through informative articles) and businesses (through ads) to communicate to the public their purposes and products/services offered.

Non-profit organizations fulfill an invaluable role in our society. They offer help to the needy, a lifetime of education, monetary aid for worthy causes, a sense of meaning and purpose for volunteers and so much more. One important thing that non-profits require outside of your activism and financial support is spreading the word. Unfortunately, they often find it difficult to get their message across to the public and to the business community without spending their already much needed funds. One reason I have developed this electronic newsletter is it help them better communicate to the public what they are about. Clark eNews will publish their informative articles at no cost so that readers may learn about their causes, fundraisers and how they are helping our local community. In return, participating non-profits will agree to share the newsletter with its supporters.

In a similar fashion, businesses may advertise free-of-charge in the Clark eNews. In exchange for sharing the publication with their customers, they not only can help to educate the community about the work of their area non-profits, but will have their business promoted when participating non-profits also share the newsletter with their supporters. By mutually agreeing to share the newsletter, it is a simple way for charitable organizations and local businesses to help one another.

Your editor and chief, Rob Kerr, will also feature and article about Source One PC. Again, this publication is published and provided entirely FREE of charge for its subscribers, writers, and advertisers. Requirements for Submitting Articles/Ads to Clark eNews

Our website is a family-friendly site. Only ads in good taste will be accepted. Space is limited. Rules, prices and specifications may be modified at any time by Clark eNews.

Deadline for submitting articles/ads will be the 25^th of each month.

IMPORTANT: Non-Profits, Businesses, or other Parties permitted to advertise free of charge in Clark eNews agree to 1) share this publication with their client/member base and 2) include Clark eNews (editor@clarkenews.net) as a contact upon submitting newsletter to contacts via blind copy.

Failure to comply will prevent future participation.

Non-Profits – Articles

Text to be submitted in Microsoft word (Times New Roman - 10 font size)
Articles to be no more than 300-400 words
Editor will placearticles in various locations to obtain the best overall layout for the page

Businesses – Business card size ads

Advertiser is responsible for supplying graphic work
Only electronic media (jpg, gif, bmp, tiff and pdf) are accepted for graphics (logos and business cards)
No animated graphics allowed (Still images only)
Graphics submitted must display clearly at the required size
Editor will place ads in various locations to obtain the best overall layout for the page
